Încheind un contract cu EMI Records, Queen a susținut un concert de prezentare pentru noua lor casă de discuri la The Marquee din Londra. Au lansat primul lor single ‘Keep Yourself Alive’ trei luni mai târziu, pe 6 iulie 1973.
